SaraModelsTheLatestInArtillaryfrom1864Today, we switch from the revolutionary war to the Civil war, in preparation for the switch, Sarah seeks out the finest machinery available upon arriving in Gettysburg. The Gettysburg soldiers field is an impressive array of monuments surrounding the city. The visitors center is second to none. For about $10.00 a head, one gets a film that depicts Lincoln’s election, the anti-slavery movement, the succession of the states from the union, the battle, and of course the Gettysburg Address. After the film. The blog ends here tonight, Holly is flexing her muscles, and I have to quit and deal with her.

Good evening and good night…

Painted image of the war as it would have looked like. The painting is 330 degrees and appears three dimensional. It is in a round room up some stairs in the visitors center.
